COLE Technology Corporation applies stringent internal and external Quality Control Systems and Procedures. Utilizing custom, developed checklists, audit forms, and other associated quality control tools to monitor and assess our overall project performance. Quarterly and annual QC visits, announced and unannounced, will be conducted by Corporate Managers. QC checklists help to provide both qualitative and quantitative data, from which to evaluate overall project performance by allowing for:

  • The establishment of goals or benchmarks
  • Monitoring or measuring performance in relation to targets/goals
  • Aid in the identification of problem areas
  • The capability to compare individuals, groups or entire departments against established goals and each other
  • Providing a benchmark from which to measure the effectiveness and progress of remedial and corrective actions

Results of previous visits will provide the basis for future visits. COLE will ensure corrective actions have been taken. These visits promote opportunities to meet directly with our clients and installation officials to ensure that we are fully meeting the needs of our customers and encouraging continuous improvement.
