COLE understands the need for an accurate inventory control to account for all corporate assets. At the completion of installation we provide a detailed inventory of all components and work with representatives to ensure accountability requirements are met. Onsite inventories are conducted by professionals who understand the importance of detailed and comprehensive records, including detailed descriptions. We can assist with your inventory tracking program and identification of requirements, or recommend a system that is designed to support your needs.
COLE provides complete service after the sale. Our Project Manager will coordinate all warranty repairs. Warranty repair services are conducted by manufacture certified technicians. Warranty and non-warranty repair services include reupholstering, general hardware repair and replacement, refinishing, and frame reconstruction.
