COLE provides comprehensive, insightful, and professional Facility and Resources Management Services. COLE oversees contracting for facilities, infrastructure development and/or improvement, and manages resources operations work that may be performed by government public works directorates or appropriate contractors. COLE will coordinate and implement facility construction, renovation, and expansion plans through the appropriate agencies or organizations, oversee contractor support for the projects, and in the course of project management, initiate and oversee all required project elements in a comprehensive and integrated plan, including electrical power supply, heating and air conditioning, intrusion detection, and physical security site surveys for equipment upgrade requirements, and equipment acquisition, installation, operations, maintenance, and training. COLE experts also initiate, implement, train, and exercise ongoing Continuity of Operations (COOP) Programs and Projects with Resource Sponsors and Supported organizations/agencies, including the identification and development of Emergency Relocation Sites (ERS) for each project as required.
